One of the best ways to start a day is with a smoothie and
toast. And that is what we did on Sunday before going for a ride on the Thames
Path. This is a easy one and that doesn’t require too many ingredients but is
delicious anyway.
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
15 strawberries
300ml orange juice
Method:
1 – Blend all the ingredients together on a blender
