Ingredients:
2 potatoes thinly sliced
5 tbsp flour
200gr tofu smashed
60g sundried tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
Chives chopped
Salt
Black Pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
1 – Mix all the ingredients together
2 – Make round small burgers with your hands and fry it.
Have it with rice and salad and you have delicious meal.
